updated for version 7.4.653

Problem:    Insert mode completion with complete() may have CTRL-L work like
            CTRL-P.
Solution:   Handle completion with complete() differently. (Yasuhiro
            Matsumoto, Christian Brabandt, Hirohito Higashi)
