patch 9.1.0745: filetype: bun and deno history files not recognized

Problem:  filetype: bun and deno history files not recognized
Solution: detect '.bun_repl_history' and 'deno_history.txt' as
          javascript filetype (Wu, Zhenyu)

closes: #15761
