runtime: Remove outdated scripts.vim comment (#12934)
Problem: Comment in scripts.vim is outdated Solution: Delete the comment runtime/autoload/dist/script.vim is now Vim9 script so =~ does not use 'ignorecase'. Signed-off-by: Christian Brabandt <cb@256bit.org>
