fix(shada): prevent 'nobuflisted' buffers in v:oldfiles #34373

Browse Source 
Problem: 'nobuflisted' buffers are incorrectly added to v:oldfiles.

Solution: Use ignore_buf() consistently in shada_write() for buffer
marks processing.
