vim-patch:9.0.1653: Amiga: default 'viewdir' may not work

Problem:    Amiga: default 'viewdir' may not work.
Solution:   Use "home:" instead of "$VIM". Add a test. (Christian Brabandt,
            closes vim/vim#12576)
