mhchem panic 修复 + 非测试代码 unwrap 消除的 patch 发布。 ### Changed - 消除非测试代码中的裸 unwrap()，改写为带不变量说明的 expect() ### Fixed - mhchem 转译器三处 panic（正则转录、多字节字符越界、re! 宏降级） - Docker 构建缺 patches/ 目录导致 pnpm install ENOENT
