Pass effectiveWeeks from CalendarMonthView through CalendarPager to CalendarMonthPage so both use the same formula H*(1+(weeks-1)*(1-p)). Fix interpolatedWeeks to anchor on settledPage instead of currentPage, preventing direction/fraction discontinuity when currentPage jumps during swipe transitions.
