- 使用 *[]*Target 代替 []*Target 避免 Put 时的装箱分配
- roundRobin/weightedRoundRobin allocs/op 从 1 降至 0
- 解决 golangci-lint SA6002 staticcheck 警告

Benchmark: roundRobin 0 allocs/op, weightedRoundRobin 0 allocs/op
