xfy a1aa05406c refactor(app): 集成 AppLogger 统一管理启动/停止/信号日志

- 使用 AppLogger 替代 fmt.Print/Fprintf 输出启动停止消息
- 支持 text/json 双格式输出，json 格式输出结构化日志
- 信号处理、配置重载、热升级等流程统一使用 AppLogger
- 重载配置时重建 AppLogger 以应用新格式配置
