xfy 48d8c06e31 fix(config): 补充默认值并同步 GenerateConfigYAML 输出 ...

为 GeoIP/AuthRequest 添加默认值，GenerateConfigYAML 中硬编码值改为从配置读取，
补充 types/limit_rate/proxy_bind/buffering/internal 等字段文档输出，
新增默认值和字段覆盖测试。
