- 新增缓存命中/过期/刷新逻辑
- 实现缓存锁防止缓存击穿 (stale-while-revalidate)
- 支持一致性哈希按 uri/ip/header 选择目标
- 新增 getProxyCacheStats 收集缓存统计
- 集成连接数限制中间件 (ConnLimiter)
