chore: 从 git 跟踪中移除编译产物 tests/unit/test_healthcheck 二进制文件

该文件已在 .gitignore 中列出，但此前被误跟踪在仓库中。执行 git rm --cached 以正确忽略构建产物，保持仓库仅包含源代码。
