vim-patch:9.1.1286: filetype: help files not detected when 'iskeyword' includes ":" (#33377)

Problem:  Help files not detected when 'iskeyword' includes ":".
Solution: Do not use \< and \> in the pattern (zeertzjq).

fixes: vim/vim#17069
